At pinkpeck.com, your privacy and satisfaction are our priority. All orders are shipped quickly and packaged with complete discretion.

1. Discreet Packaging

All orders are dispatched in plain, unmarked packaging. There is no reference to the product type, brand, or contents on the exterior of the parcel. The sender label uses a neutral company name to protect your privacy.

2. Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2:00 PM (CET) on the same business day, Monday to Friday.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM are dispatched the next business day
  • Orders placed on Friday after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched the following Monday
  • Some orders may also be dispatched on Saturdays during peak periods

To ensure same-day dispatch, please place your order as early in the day as possible.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Netherlands: 1–2 business days
  • Belgium, Germany, France, Luxembourg: 2–4 business days
  • United Kingdom: 3–5 business days
  • Rest of EU: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs, weather, or peak periods.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight. Free shipping may be available for orders over a specified amount; the threshold is shown at checkout.

5. Carriers

We use trusted carriers including PostNL, Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, and other reputable couriers depending on the destination and service level.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number where available.

6. Delivery Address

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information.

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.

7. Customs and Import Duties

For deliveries outside the European Union (including the United Kingdom), local customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

8. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please:

  1. Check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  2. Check with neighbours or your local post office for any delivery attempts
  3. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number

We will investigate with the carrier. If a package is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date to report a non-delivery.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

10. Failed Delivery and Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from a pick-up point, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

If we cannot reach you within 14 days, the order will be treated as cancelled and refunded minus the original shipping costs.
