Returns Policy

At PinkPeck.com, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. However, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. Our returns policy is as follows:

Unwanted Goods:

  • Returns for unwanted goods are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unused, in their original condition and packaging.
  • A restocking fee of 30% will apply.
  • Opened or used products cannot be returned.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Faulty Goods:

  • We offer a one-month return policy for faulty items.
  • Please return the item with a fault description and indicate whether you prefer an exchange or refund.
  • If returned goods are found operational, they will be treated as unwanted and may be returned at your expense.

Undelivered Orders:

  • For items returned as undelivered, we will treat them as unwanted goods but won’t refund the shipping cost.
  • A new shipping charge will apply if you wish for the item to be re-shipped.

Note: If we do not receive a response regarding a return query within a reasonable timeframe, we reserve the right to dispose of the goods.
